Heroes and Heroines
“Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.”

A decision was made at the Governors' meeting in March to further investigate the possibility of St. Margaret's converting to Academy status.
Before making a formal application, Governors wish to consult with parents/carers, staff, students and stakeholders in the wider community and receive feedback about conversion.
Visit the dedicated Academy Consultation section
Consultation will finish on Monday 11th June 2012.
Choosing a secondary school for your son, that will build on his strengths and successes in primary education, is one the most important decisions you may have to make with him.
I am delighted to introduce you to St Margaret’s School and hope that you will feel that, whatever his talents, we have much to offer your son and that we may be the best choice for him to achieve his potential.
Please find attached a letter to students from the lead inspector, Mrs. Rothery, on the outcomes of the inspection.
